Works fine for me. It really does what it claims. B.C.R. have employed nice people in the support centre, working together as a team, backed up by artificial intelligence. Tough, in the last six months, I have discovered some flaws. The midnight interruptions of operations for some obscure updates (in fact, bug fixes) were more frequent. (2024-11-19) Now (after many updates and intensive AI training) it really looks like an intelligent banking application... Way to go, George.

Broke my phone 2-3 years after setting up George on my phone, forgot the uncustomizable user id and the only option is to call/ go to them when all of this could have been avoided. Set up Revolut instantly on a new phone but can't set this up unless I go to the BCR guys for help. There's no button anywhere for "recover user id". This problem should not exist.
