Great app, great programs. Just the schedule feature is way too rigid with regard to programs. I'm a martial artist and have other workouts outside this app. I really like these programs, but changing around my schedule or pushing the program off for another time, the scheduler becomes annoying to deal with, so much so that I have a separate paper with all the weeks and sessions that I check off on the paper so I can actually keep track of my program. If you make it more flexible then...5 star.

Absolutely your best option. I've seen a lot of these apps and Calistenia is the one for every begginer or even workoutaholics with no need for a gym. Simple, practical and very illustrative on workouts of every type. Most of it is free but I'd buy a subscription to show love for the work they've put in this app.

I have to say as someone who loves working out from home, I love this app. I've been using it on and off for several years and it keeps getting better. What I like about it is that it works great as a free app and doesn't necessarily force you to upgrade to premium like similar apps. It's very easy to customise your routines and plan for the week. The UI is very intuitive and the experience is well designed and they keep adding exercises and routines on a regular basis. 10 out 10!
