Had to switch over since Onefit was taken over by them. UI is not intuitive. App just stops working, and I keep getting this "Something went wrong" error message. I couldn't check in of my class. Sent them emails, no response. I have not been able to use the app because of the error I keep getting everytime I try to login. I'm basically paying my subscription for nothing. They don't respond to emails, their phone lines never work either. HORRIBLE. I just want to be back on Onefit.

Using this app for a while now. Checking in always works, but finding a venue or class is a PITA. Before, with the Onefit app, it worked perfectly to find and save favourites. Now nothing like that works. Typing in the name of a workout or place at "classes" gives you no result, even though it is visibly there when scrolling. This is a basic function this app should have, sportsclubs and trainers rely on this. So why is it still so terrible?

When trying to request a new password, the links it sends per post can't be opened in a browser. Helpdesk does not work with the same browser response. upd: I figured how to do it on my own. Your post system is blocked by lots of providers due to aggressive promotion campaigns and U also use the same addresses for restoring passwords -- Chat GPT is able to remove UTM/sending server info trash from the link, and it can be copied into a browser and opened normally.
