I absolutely despise this app. Not at all customer friendly. Even if I have not used a coupon, the app shows that I have. In the middle of a booking the app automatically shuts. USE KLOOK FOR YOUR SANITY. It is transparent. Shows the actual price of a booking instead of tricking you into believing that they are providing better offers and the app doesn't shut automatically every 5 seconds

Rip Off! sold me tickets to Osaka Expo that can't be used at all, and no refund offered. They sold tickets for a specific date, which we're not really tickets at all. The ticket PDF, once downloaded just had instructions for registering for a real entry ticket on the expo website, which had sold out for the date they sold me. I'm so angry! We booked flights to Japan specifically for this and now we can't get into the expo we paid to buy tickets for. Avoid Headout at all cost!

The app doesn't work, if you require the app to view tickets I shouldn't be able to buy tickets without having the app. I purchased tickets for the day after tomorrow, no tickets in the confirmation email, says I have to use the app. Downloaded the app but now I can't login because none of the login links they send work. Emailed support and they say they will get back within 96 hours. The chat function they just said to wait 1-2 minutes& have waited over 20 with no additional response. Horrible
