Good app but has 1 major flaw that you cannot start from the beginning. Due to illness and a couple surgeries I had to take about 6 months off. I was not fit enough to pick up where I'd left off, and as I was unable to go back to square one the app was no longer of used to me. So effectively after paying annually I've lost out.

love the flexibility to work out whenever and wherever it suits me. It didn't seem like there were many recepie suggestions when I first joined (a year ago), but the more cycles you complete, the more recepies and workouts there are. I enjoy completing some of the challenges just to change my routine up, or to do when on holiday. Whilst I have lost weight, and am really proud of how my body has changed, and feeling more confident in my clothes, I am definitely getting stronger and fitter. šŸ‘Š

The best plan out there! 100s of easy recipes and workouts. I've done Joe's plans twice now, once just on YouTube and now on The Body Coach. I am 7 months in one TBC and I find it makes me more accountable. However I do still dip into the YouTube workouts when I want too as i love some of those!
