I rented a car, and it was not almost at 5% charged, but i didn't get any notification or message about it, and i didn't notice. i realized it on my way, and i had to charge it. However, i was still paying by the minute. When i called to say to pause the rent for the time that the car is charging, they refused that.... similar thing has happened to a friend too... they dont make it clear when a car needs charging

Sixt Share: I was charged 300 euros for a scratch in one of the cars rim, which I didn't do. Apparently I was entitled to report any damage in the car, which is practically a bit impossible to see all the time. I think it's one of their strategy so that people start buying insurance as well whenever they book a car. Which makes car 30-50% more expensive. Others have got fines too. I would have given 1 star, but 2 because overall it makes life a bit comfortable except for these unwanted stress.

The app works perfectly on my Samsung s10. I have only one thing that nags me, the distance is always shown in miles and even though I leave in the Netherlands. There is no option to change it in the settings. Besides that, it's one of the best car sharing apps I use in the Amsterdam area. Convenient prices and a lot of car options. I hope iDeal will be supported as a payment option, as not it's not very convenient with a credit card. LE:Fixed the units by changing the system language to UK
