just complicates shipment tracking. it necessitates another app to be installed on my device, but provides nothing I couldn't get from a url to the courriers site. it's main purpose seems to be another way to try and cross sell, putting ad's in front of customers who just want to track their order. those ad's are not good, e.g. I purchased some computer equipment, had to track it via this app, and it's trying to recommend women's jeans, and face cream to me.

Even after updating, this app keeps throwing a pop up saying "there's an issue on our end. we're trying to fix it, try using other parts of the app." but no part of the app works except browsing.. It's basically useless. Zero tracking updates after a week waiting for my orders. and one of which just says "partially delivered" but shows the only part delivered is the extra fee I paid for security of my delivery.. whatever that means, now I feel like I've been robbed of my money and I'm pissed.

Removed dark mode and now my eyes hurt everytime I look at the app. The only option under appearance is to turn off confetti on delivery which doesn't work. Then there's how most deliveries go back and forth whether they're delivered or not or just are always out for delivery long after they come. products that aren't even similar to anything I've ordered are pushed on me and at higher prices than elsewhere. I'd rate this one star but other apps have lowered the bar.
