Today I received two orders, but at the center they told me, āBrother, cancel it.ā This wastes ridersā time and effort without any benefit. Earlier, when I worked for Pathao Food, the experience was also bad. Restaurants often showed āopenā in the app but were actually closed. Still, the orders came to riders. Canceling through Helpex took 30ā60 minutes, during which no new orders could be taken. Pathao must improve its system and treat riders fairly.

Since 1 month sound notification is slowed, when talked to the costumer service centre they all say "we have forwarded the message but the problem remained same." I have talked around four to five representative they all say this. And their appointment system literally sucks. What is the purpose of taking an appointment if no one let me in the meeting. Very disappointing behavior.

What kind of stupidity it is! While I am using other apps and getting a request, it is finished within 5 seconds and starting to ring the cancel sound. Couldnāt catch any requests for the last few days. Just frustrated with this app and thinking about not using it anymore.
