Can't even log in. I'm logged into my oneplus account on my phone. When I try to log in in the app, it redirects me to my settings, where it's clearly visible that I am already logged into my account. I have tried logging out and in again, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, several times, all to no avail. Not being able to log in means missing out on app-exclusive deals. Why even have an app with exclusive deals if users can't actually use it? Running on a 7T Pro

Handy App when you're in the OnePlus sphere. It's a little buggy when it comes to logging into your account though; but I managed to circumvent that by logging into my OnePlus account in system settings (OnePlus 9 Pro phone). also, payment for an order using iDeal through the ABN Amro app (Netherlands) did not function properly. The app does give acces to extra discounts though, which is nice.

Doesn't allow me to log in anymore, I could basically NEVER use my redcoins after spending 3.5k euro over 5-6 years on the oneplus store It's very nice and cosy from afar, but once you get in, good luck leveraging any of the promised benefits I still like the phones, for now, but I have to wonder if perhaps my trust and money are misplaced with this ever degrading company Might sound harsh, but my comments are a sign I care, not just disappointment Cheers and hope you do better!
