The apps does most pf the things it should do, however there's 2 things I would like to see improved: First one is not very important, but I's like to have the long press editable for left and right seperately instead of doing the same for each side so I can use all 3 modes (ANC, AS, off) without opening the app. Second is much more annoying to me. The sound it plays when the battery is low is very loud and does not let me enjoy music anymore. Please let me edit volume, or at least turn it off.

In order to enable dual device pairing you have to use the app, but the app doesn't have the settings for that. If you choose the customer support link it takes you to a disorganized website that keeps popping up windows over windows that block the one you need to access. An absolute waste of time. Please simplify and consolidate the options. It's not impossible to include those settings on the app. Lesser brands have done it... unless that's your way of mining personal information.

won't detect my plug & wireless case. it's literally one of the main points why I bought the specific unit (t90q), and it used to work fine. The case would appear in the multipoint and multi-pair section, but now it does not.
