I order 4 times and no more, 1st time all good, 2nd time I create a return on their app, and the barcode they send me was not working in any of the 3 parcel shops that I tried to return it, send them one Email, because there is no other way to contact them, and 1 week after, noone responded yet, so my return date its already late, 3rd order they send me a completely wrong order, different products, they accept the retuen but still they charge me the cost of the return, zero costumer support

App has been glitching for a while now I can't even scroll without it freezing and closing down & I can't even view my wishlist it just says oops something went wrong please try again and this has been going on for years now it's ridiculous that it's been this long and it hasn't been fixed.
