This app says it's "not connected" a lot of the times I open it. The few times when it is connected, my account is signed out or logged out...I don't want to have to log in every time I use the app! and then the other pages/tabs either take forever to load or don't load at all, with the exception of the store/shop tab... which seems to always work...

A pain to set up when switching phones. I could disable 2FA from the web, but upon re-anabling it, it still expected a code from my old phone. What if my old phone hadn't worked anymore or if I had removed the app? If you have Firefox as your default browser, then the app will also fail to log you in. Temporarily switching to Chrome as your default fixes it. Unbelievable how this issue has been known for a while now. I can also only view the authenticator, the rest of the app doesn't show up.

Used to be a great app, simply doesn't work anymore. Authenticate/authorise requests don't work from the "approve" button on the notification, you actually have to open the app; then, when you arrive in the app it gives the big green tick and looks as though it works, but never does. I can no longer play any of my Blizz games
