Bought a phone and used it for 3 weeks, and one day, it just went blank. I returned it, hoping I'd get assistance with a refund or another phone, I was told NO. When I asked for my phone back, since I paid for it, they kept it and told me I couldn't have it back. Even when I told them I'll pay for its shipping cost, it was still impossible. So I really don't recommend it, especially if you're international and not in the US, in case you encounter the same problem.

worse customer service ever, you enquire about a problem they send you a programmed reply, I made a purchase some time ago, 2 phones , they cancelled the orders for some reason, they told me the refund was sent to my account till this day I haven't got my refunds back which were about R13000+, before you even make a purchase I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
