I have been working on refurbishing the manor for sooo long , I have 2 room & a playground to finish and it froze. I'm so disappointed, I really wanted to see how it ended but I will have to uninstall and reinstall which means starting all over again for months and months and will it happen again ? It just isn't worth it if you can't finish ! Need to fix the issue, then it would be a great game !!!! Kim Mitchell

I'm trying to do the task of starting the production chain but the game keeps crashing on me and shutting down. From November of last year to almost July 2025 it's still crashing. UPDATE: Still crashes as of September 1st 2025. will not perform the task

I really like the game. what i really really Don like is when starting the game oe in-between plays there is no way to exit out of the ad when it's over, causing me to exit out of game repeatedly until able to move forward PLEASE FIX THIS. So annoying
