While the app is very easy to use and works VERY well every time, I shaved off 1 Star because there are a few things that could be improved. 1: Top Up - in addition to the suggested amounts, there could be "custom" where you add your own amount. 2. adding the Opal card to the wallet (like Flybuys). 3: being able to change an email as the log-in, much like changing your password (I closed my old email years ago).

Widget is a nice idea but it doesn't update unless you open the app. So if trains are delayed you never know. Notifications are useless. they never say when trains are late or cancelled.

Zero complaints. Top up is fast and easy. Trip planner is easy to use, and even shows when a bus is late! I don't fully trust it though, purely because buses break the laws of space and time with the sole objective of being as Inconvenient as possible. The app also runs well.
