Do NOT buy full game!! They flat out lie about the features you unlock. I purchased the full game so I could unlock the "fast-forward" feature. This is a farce, as the fast-forward button does not increase the speed at which bio points appear, nor does it make the days go by faster. Just trying to trick you to buy full game. Using bio points to slow research seemingly does nothing, and halting research for a "few weeks" or a "month" actually only halts it for a few days (13 or 15, respectively).

Nice, innovative and intuitive gameplay, sadly with a few obvious flaws... It is supposed to be a challenge, but the thing is that the ways the different stages can be played are severely limited. More than just once there is only one right way to beat a level. Additionally, some features seem to be unbalanced or bugged. But it's a very nice game overall with great ideas.

Interesting concept, fun and something that usually doesn't take very long to run through a game of when you're killing time (and fake scans of people). I wish it were a little more complex as to the medical problems you can cause and what those, in turn, cause as a domino effect. There are many more wasting or wear and tear medical problems than listed for each system that are pretty common. Hopefully, they're planning to expand. It would allow for a lot more different outcomes and make the game more interesting from a cause and effect perspective.
