Neutralize +-o

Neutralize is a chill but perplexing puzzler.

Merge Positive (+) and Negative (-) tiles to create Neutrals (o), and fill the board with Neutral tiles. Sounds simple, yet it’ll take patience and persistence to succeed. But don’t get mad, get neutral.
