Cancelled through the app before the trial period ended. Said it was cancelled in the app. Then just re-subscribed me anyway. Contacted that day and again cancelled through the app. This time received a notification by email as well. They wouldn't refund me, just send about 10 e-mails back and forth trying to sell me more stuff. Buyer beware. Very rude and difficult to deal with so make sure if you cancel you get an email notification or it hasn't actually cancelled. Wouldn't recommend.

I have to say the experience was disappointing. It asked you all these questions to figure out your level, why bother? The program I received was clearly for an expert. 2nd session do the bridge, then the bridge and stretch a leg out and again holding the bridge pose and something else. That is what you recommend for beginner in the 2nd session? The first session was 2 min speaker introducing the program. A big FAIL here. Canceled my subscription. Very disappointing.

I generally really like this app for wall pilates. the workouts are exactly 20 minutes, and while the specific exercises change, the routines are consistent. I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise consistently, and knowing that I can open up this app and know exactly what to expect has been really helpful for me. Quality control issues: 1. The AI narration reads the occasional typos in the script. 2. the narration doesn't always tell you when to switch sides, and that's frustrating
