At first, this service wasn't too bad. However, I just spent 24 minutes trying to change a flight when it would have taken me 24 seconds to do it if I had booked directly with the airline. The AI customer service is terrible. Ended up having to call in. I'm so far not seeing a benefit to this service other than complicated trips can show up in one itinerary page. It gets especially complicated when it mixes travel options with other third party services, so you have to watch the fine print...

This is the best and most beautiful reimbursement product ever created. I used to hate doing reimbursement which led to me not doing it and missing the deadline. so I was actually losing out on money because previous products were so terrible. It's the complete opposite with navan. since it is so easy to do reimbursement, I do it immediately, which means I don't lose money, and I don't have to block off an hour at the end of a trip to do all of my reimbursements

If you need customer service you are SOL. I had a problem with a hotel, called support waited 45 minutes on hold and gave up. Ended up having to stay at another hotel, not through navan. Absolutely wouldn't recommend. I'm sure my company was out that money.
