This app is giving an instapoint to use. But because of misinformation about the items and they never put "NA" when you are picking items, they will substitute it with a high price. So you are not getting a discount. They are just promoting that you have points, but they will never let you have a discount. You are paying a high amount. No less. They need to update the apps so that if some items are not available, they are listed directly. There is no need to substitute for a much higher price.

This app is a major disappointment. The delivery times are consistently and unacceptably late, often by a significant margin. What's even worse is the complete lack of customer support. There's no way to contact anyone about an issue, which makes the unreliable service even more frustrating. I'd strongly recommend looking for a different food delivery app.

I mainly use InstaShop for groceries and food, and it’s been excellent. Orders usually arrive within 30–45 minutes, items are fresh and in good condition, and the selection covers everything from supermarkets to local bakeries and restaurants. Customer support is also responsive whenever there’s an issue with substitutions or missing items, usually resolving quickly or offering a voucher. Overall, a reliable and convenient app for everyday needs.
