the app is nice, but the focus is very high with buying the premium app. I have been trying the app for a few days, and they constantly ask you to rate the app. what I like about the app this far * You can invite friends * Send short motions * There are lots of fasting options * The app needs your weight to track what I do not like about the app * You can not pick how the data is presented, for example, bar graphs, and I prefer a line graph. * App can't be integrated with Samsung health.

I've never received so many notifications in my life. I first selected for notification to be on as I'd change it later if I didn't want them on. They've hidden (or not provided) settings to turn the notifications off. Highly annoying. I'd recommend not opting for any notifications as this seems to be a permanent setting once set. Used it for a day and deleting it.

Excellent App for Intermittent Fasting! I’ve been using this intermittent fasting tracker for a while, and it has made the fasting process so much easier and more motivating. The interface is simple, which makes tracking my fasting and eating windows effortless. One of the things I love most is the progress visualization—seeing how many hours I’ve completed keeps me motivated to stay on track. The reminders and notifications are super helpful, too, especially when I get busy and lose the track
