Very good in many ways. However, the one feature that made me go premium, calendar synchronization for multiple choirs, is half-baked. You have to confirm for each choir that you want to synch the calendar, but you can't create custom labels or prefixes for each choir, so, for instance, there is little chance to see who called for the event "extra rehearsal" by just glancing at the calendar.

After using Dropbox as a somewhat clunky tool for managing the material, schedules, teaching tracks etc for our local choir, our Choir leader has now set us all up with Choir Mate. What a difference it has already made, with it's tailor made and customisable structure, features and tools, designed to meet all of the needs of any Choir. Easy to set up and use, navigating to the various sections is very straightforward, particularly in terms of accessing teaching tracks etc. Brilliant!

I stumbled across this app somehow, and as a new choral director with "organizational OCD" was intrigued, so I checked it out. Boy am I glad I did! This tool is magnificent for storing your groups repertoire and, not just the titles. It can accommodate (per title) sheet music, audio files, lyrics, and more. My choir loves it! Some potential areas of improvement: 1) metronome causes a black screen frequently 2) needs a section for photos to be used by all 3) additional fields in repetoire
