Worst banking app and staff I’ve experienced in the UAE. I strongly advise not to open an account or take a credit card from this bank. The customer support is completely unhelpful — for every issue, you're made to wait, and no one takes responsibility. The system is overly complicated, and the app feels like a trap rather than a convenience. If something gets locked or goes wrong, there's no proper support agents just pass you around with attitude. if you are looking for a reliable bank, HSBC is not for your, this bank is a time wasting bank, as every time i transfer using this bank it took two days before it will credit to receivers bank, and also you need to provide all personal details of the receiver like birthday, eid or passport number, relationship with the receiver and a lot more,and if they are not satisfied for the reason, they will reject your transfer. I'm extremely disappointed with HSBC’s customer service and digital banking experience. For the past several days, I’ve been unable to log into the HSBC app, this is not only unreasonable—it’s a serious disruption to my daily banking needs. What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I’ve reached out multiple times, and each time I’ve been met with indifference or no resolution. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced such issues with HSBC, its a recurring pattern of poor service and tech failure
