The app is not completely broken but it gives a frustrating user experience. I start a video, switch off the phone screen. It plays the audio for about 2-3 minutes. Then it stops. Switch screen on. The controls do not work. I need to exit full screen, change to another video, change back. It starts to play again but this time when I switch the phone off it stops immediately. Screen on, exit full screen, other video, back, it plays. Screen off, I have another 2-3 minutes. Annoying.

Performance of the app is really poor. Every time closing up because of an error. There is no way to come back and watch a video from where I left. I have started watching many videos, but can't come back to the same, because I don't remember which one I was watching before the app closed up because of an error. This should be a basic feature to have in an app to watch videos.

It's great to access creator content from an app, A. Unfortunately, the Kajabi app has a few bugs. For example, if the lesson has a download, you can download it, but to get another download,, you need to restart the app. If you accidentally switch screens and come back, the app will freeze, and you'll need to restart. If you want to play it in the background, it'll play up until the buffered amount is played, and then you need to restart. Love it, and hate it. You decide.
