The Disney app is moving in the right direction by making the park easier to navigate. However, they need to add more pictures and information on each attraction, so one can get a better idea of what it is and if it is something they want to do. In addition, the app needs to allow one to scan in tickets brought from other retailers like Klook.

Terrible app. Keeps resetting with a long load times. No comfortable search options for rides. The park forces its installation and sign up in order to get to the park. The only positive things about it are a map of the park with the current location of the phone, and lube wait time for the rides.

horrible app. you would think an empire would invest in a minimum functional app. you can't really preview which rides are available or not before arriving to the resort. you can only see them after you enter, and surprise surprise many of them were unavailable. I was particularly excited about the haunted house only to find out on the spot it is unavailable. marketing scheme. you have to go to find out
