Ria Money Transfer is awful. I opened a new account to send money to my sister in law. The app did not recognize the account number. It had a dash that caused a non match to a good account. After repeated attempts, I called support. The agent told me to enter the SWIFT code in the Account field. I did this and the transfer was reported successful. Two days later the transfer was cancelled and the account was locked. I appealed the lock on the account. It was denied and the reasons were blocked.

Worst company ever. I sent 500 euros on 12 September, but the transaction still hasn't completed. I emailed them, and they asked for the recipient's information. I wrote it and, in the reply, the same email asked for the same information. I am worried about my money now. Worst service; I am never using this app again and recommending to others not to use also.

When I tried to change my password I got a message that said "successful change" at the same time as a "failed to reset password " message. When I tried to use my phone number to reset it, first it said it sent me a code but I never received, then when I tried to resend the code it told me my email wasn't valid. Email. For a text. When I contacted support they asked me if I tried going to the change password options.
