Used to be a great app. My go-to app for sending money. Two days ago I made a transaction and it has still not been processed. I contacted customer service through chat and, after waiting 35 minutes, was told the transaction was in it's final phase and they would let me know when it completed. I asked why and they said because of a problem on their partners end. Too much volume they say. No way to cancel transaction. I made another transaction today and it went through immediately.

This app says no fees but under the curtain, they are already deducting the fee with the lower exchange rate compared to other money sending app. I sometimes use this but i compare rates on different apps as well that gives the better rate. Also they are quite slow on updating rates versus other apps such a western union. Free transaction when sending through gcash from debit card.

2017 I love this app. I've been able to remit money to family with no problems ever. Probably one of my most valued apps. 2025 no password to confirm transaction. This does not feel secure to me, so after many years I'm looking at other options. I also set up a pin which I expected to be required for a transaction go through but transaction went through with no password or pin. Also for the first time ever 2 transactions canceled, no satisfactory explanation.
