Horrible experience with being unable to use the points and/or wallet. I feel like I've been scammed. Plus the customer service has no contact number. Prices increase pretty fast after you've added them to the cart and wait to pay. The app has an FAQ page which hardly covers the real situations you face. Articles you like and save have no option of being deleted. I was happy with my first two orders and equally disappointed with this one.

Takes forever to get your order received. Offers are useless as it doesn't apply to most of the products. To redeem the offer code you have to spend even more. Sometimes the price looks so attractive while browsing different styles but when u open that particular item, the price increases 3 times or more. This thing i tested selecting every possible combination of size and color in an anticipation that at least some color or size will be of that price. I would never order again from this app.

Installed the app. Putting items in my basket is a nightmare as it takes ages and when it does somehow it goes in double the quantity. After waiting an eternity for it load to bring my items to "1" quantity, it doesn't let me pay. When tried to pay via PayPal it just says "something went wrong". Tired to proceed to checkout via the app but no luck.
