Nice UI, simple to navigate. Entering credentials to get the digital booking details is a hit or miss. because it is not reliable. There is no point in downloading this app to get the digital ticket and I'm much better off just printing the physical ticket at home. If it fails even just once then how can you rely on this app for very critical travel information??

Very slow and bad. Booking has to be done several times and have to input your credentials repeatedly.. Why do you have to add your trip? Supposed to be automatically recorded. Payments can't go thru. Lots improvement required! Make it simple.. Like SQ app.

This is the worst airline service ever, online check-in 1 day before also failed, they said 48 hours before, hurry before running out of seats, then the remaining seats are up to the airport authority, whereas with other airlines 4-5 hours before flight you can still check in online and still get a seat, playing it too hard actually becomes a bad assessment for the airline in its service to customers, very disappointing
