Horrible delivery service, no customer service, got charged for an order i didnt even make then cancelled it literally 3 minutes after order was placed when i noticed the transaction. They will take your card information then use it apparently, then not give you a refund for a purchase you never made. Did absolutely everything right called the store to cancel it, called my bank, and then called uber which took 30 minutes of digging just to be able to call someone just for me to email them. nasty

Apart from paying more than double the trip's worth to get a driver who won't even turn their AC on in the middle of summer. I've disputed cancellation fees before and it worked like a charm. Now, I'm being forced to pay 130 pounds as "outstanding balance" from a trip that showed 370 and I paid 400. When the trip ended, I got an email saying it's 243 but I disregarded it, 2 hours later it says that I only paid the 243 and I gotta pay the rest. No answer for 2 days, never using your app again!!

The Uber app works properly and well. We tested it in England, Spain, France, and Brazil. Also the Uber customer service, which we had to contact once or twice is excellent, quick, and very customer centered. Maybe I am doing something wrong but what I miss is that on arrival the final charged price is clearly shown to me. Because once or twice the final price was higher than at the moment of booking and I just saw it after leaving the car and after tipping. Hence no chance to ask the driver.
