The app is always buggy when you needed the most. Unable to ride after booking the bike multiple times. When you pressed start, you'll automatically get charged. Regardless if you're able to ride them. When you cancel right away, you'll still get charged, even though you end up didnt ride the bike. Less than two weeks and at least three failed attempts already. Lastly and most frustatingly, there's no refund button for this failed attempt. Just install other competitor apps.

It didn't work for me. Too expensive for even not riding. The bike was in a dark place and I wasn't sure how to prepare and use it. So I ended immediately even without unlocking. But the app kept asking me to lock. It took me 4-5 minutes before learning what this lock needs me to do while waiting to get answer from unresponsive call support. I paid 3 euros for no service. The app doesn't have delete account either.

What an obsolete joke! This is the worst experience of ebimes I have had. The payment didn't go through for 3 times. There are 2 other bikes next to it, which are unavailable. Found another bike 300 meters away. This time the payment worked and I jump on the bike. The electric part didn't work. I tried it a couple of times, and put it back at the same place, where it tells me I can't park! So I cycled unassisted 300 meters to park it. What an absolute joke!!! Never usethem again!!
