This apps is useless. I have tried to book two return ticket from Jakarta to London yesterday (Jun 10, 2025). After payment settlement, up to now, I haven't yet received any booking confirmation while my credit card was charged. I have also tried to contact Ettihad through this apps and still there is no appropriate suggestion to solve the matter. Again, the same problem happened. My bank confirmed that I have paid extra baggage, however the apps hasn't yet send me a receipt of it.

I am requesting through their chat (in this app) an official receipt or invoice. They are forcing me to choose itinerary. I am always left w/ no option. Frustrating!!! Also tried to find receipt/invoice in their help tab, there is nothing about receipt/invoice. It seems they are allergic to talk about it! By the way last year, I sent a lot of emails just to get their so called invoice. In the end, I only got a summary instead of invoice through email. Dear Etihad, please issue receipt/invoice!!!

it has the bones to be a good app. unfortunately the constant having to log in and then the verification email makes it unusable. 9 times out of 10 it won't log in either just keeps going round in circles. it needs biometrics like most other apps or even a private pin for a 2 step authorisation. how it is now, it isn't fit for purpose. shame really the rest of the app is visually pleasing and well layed out.
