Useless app! Waste of time. Tried countless way to log in by entering booking number and email address, it just shows error and asked to contact customer service! What for? Cleared cache and mobile data, re-entered both info, still get the same error! Worst of all, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still the same error message. Just can't log in! Using web browser, it works. Not the app. Even Jetstar who is closing down works in their app. Nobody is doing anything about Scoot app still?

The login session expired is very irritating. And seriously not a huge fan of going to counter at the airport to collect my boarding pass even after mobile check in. Also stop blaming passengers or guests right away for faulty cabin equipments like baggage doors and chairs. also improve your payment options , only credit and union pay, not even nets ? and super expensive flight change fees. rubbish

Horrible dynamic pricing scheme, I was ordering plane tickets, and then I accidently closed the tab before finalizing, and now when I ordered again, the price is 40 dollars more expensive for the same tickets.
