Not only will the app no longer sync with my scales. They have now taken away the ability to see my current BMI. This is a major negative in a 'Fitness' app! No more email support either, online chat or telephone only, this isn't good enough for me! I like to do these things in my own time, at my own pace. And yes, I've tried all the support FAQ, etc.. After replying in July that they are working to fix these issues. 1. Still no sync fix 2. Still no BMI on the app This is really poor support!

Been using this for over a decade to track my weight with a smart scale, but recently the weight graphs started averaging the data. Over a year I can only see 12 data points now, instead of the usual 365. Over the past 10 years I can only see 10, instead of all 3000+. And they completely removed the web view option. Why mess this up google? It worked beautifully before, and still does in my iPhone, which I haven't updated to the most recent version (but keeps complaining that I should)

Was good at first. Helped me track exercises and sleep which is what I really wanted. Then I started to encounter syncing issues. After uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit, I've since lost the ability to log into Fitbit all together. None of the online solutions have been helpful. I haven't been able to get hold of telephone support. Please also note, the period tracker is not fit for purpose. It should allow you to amend the time of ovulation as well as presence /absence of a period.
