Unable to connect. When we first had our Ecobee thermostat installed, everything worked properly with the app. It was great to be able to change the thermostat when we were away from home. I'm not sure what has changed over the last few months, but the app cannot connect. I've uninstalled and reinstalled on several occasions. Still no luck. Hoping they can get the issue solved, soon. I miss the functions I had when the app worked properly.

the app is barely usable. It's not intuitive and the schedule doesn't consistently apply. The geolocation feature only works if I open the app every time I leave and return. I really miss the simplicity and reliability of my old Sensi thermostat and app. This costs more and I can't just set it and forget it like I used to. Update- a year later and I feel I find this app more frustrating that helpful, if anything it's worse.

updating, the app updated and now I can even log in, it redirects the login to an "oops page" something went wrong. It's mostly functional. It doesn't work all the time. Adding new users in your home is flaky. Features are missing between the app and web access. Real features that make this system really functional are behind a paywall and they hide it, take your money, and I have a good amount in useless sensors from them that I can't do anything with their app.
