very easy to use interface with loads of customization options. keeps track of breath work done and sorts it down to exhales, inhales, and more. The paid version has more breath work options and none of the options are expensive. the 3 month is actually less than $2. I would pay for few apps but this one is worth it if you are trying to get into breath work or even deepen your practice.

It's simple, just an app to practice the prana. No notifications, no multiple settings, no ads, just as it is. The only encouragement you've got is the real effects of prana: less memory loss, less tension on your shoulders, seeing and feeling emotions with more clarity, improves sleeping so of course less stressed. The only thing that could be very cool is to get the possibility to share experience with friends

since the update the sound has become horrible. No matter what settings I use the sound cuts off on the out breath. Additionally there is now popcorn static sound present throughout the entire session. It's very distracting. I really love this app and would love to have it working at 100% again. Will easily change my rating to five stars as this app has a lot of wonderful elements to it.
