Lots of activities can be found in this app and very convenient. Local agents for my trips (in Indonesia) are very efficient and have nothing to complain about. But the company itself is very stingy with the points system, their membership tier has no benefits at all and if there is a similar app with same services but better tier and rewards system I will not hesitate to switch. the klookcash I've earned is worth shillings,they will change their terms and condition to suit their needs.

Fantastic app, intuitive & reliable. I've used it across both Asian and European destinations & it's a brand I genuinely trust. I especially appreciated the swift refund process when I couldn’t collect my SIM card at Incheon Airport due to a flight delay and the kiosk being closed. My cancellation was handled immediately which really impressed me. I also accidentally booked five Shinkansen tickets to the wrong destination & once again, the refund was processed straight away.

Stay away from this app! 1. You don't save any $, you actually pay more than the ticket price. 2. They have the WORST customer service ever. They are beyond jerks. If there's any problems whatsoever with your purchase, even if it's their fault, they will tell you there's nothing they can do. "Sorry, can't help you. Yes, we understand there was a problem, but there's nothing we can do." Their solution for me was to make another order. Why would I spend double the price?!?! Never again!
