This app has a severe shortcoming: it does not even send a push notification if your train has been canceled! I was "lucky" to find out when double checking departure times from NL-UK that I saw my train which was due to leave in two hours did not go. Yes, you get options to rebook or cancel but please notify your customers in this situation (and apparently only on the website - not in the app - was it mentioned that tickets were still valid from Brussels on?)

By downloading this app I expected to be able to view my tickets and have them easily to hand. This app offered me neither. Despite the fact that I'd made an account and used the account to book, the app didn't have my journey listed and I still had to enter the booking reference to see the tickets. It then told me that I'd need to print them at a station anyway, just like if I'd not made an account at all. So now I wonder, what is actually the point of this app? Still, at least it looks nice?

Thank you for the feedback Alex. Good or bad, we appreciate it. Mobile tickets are available for most of our routes, but sadly not all at the moment. We are working to improve this over the coming months. There is a bug we are working on that may be the cause of your booking not appearing automatically in the app. Thank you for your patience. Mark

Do not use Eurostar unless you are interested in loosing your money, and given price of tickets it's going to be a lot of money. Buying a plane ticket will be better and easier to manage. Eurostar has the trashiest service: you cannot change ANY information on your tickets online, they say they will let you in with typos in the name but they DON'T, customer service via phone is a voice message that hangs up on you because they are too cheap to hire a call center and not due to call volume.
