no online shopping app that can't allow you to check the items before payment i ordered an items and i just want to see they did not allow me so did not take it please now I chuck it on the lists they did not add one item

I like the items on Chicpoint, but the app needs improvement. It doesn’t show the fabric or material details, which makes it hard to decide if the quality is good. Adding this info would help a lot when buying.

I returned my order on April 9th and followed all the instructions correctly, including shipping the items back and providing the tracking number. It's been almost a month, and I still haven't received Every time I contact customer service, I get nothing but empty words and no real solution. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted this app, but clearly, it's not reliable. If I don't get my money back soon, I will report this to consumer protection a
