It might be a bad luck. But I tried it for the first time. And it was very bad experience. I ordered shoes and they didn't deliver. They waited for me to create a complaint. But still didn't deliver. They had some problems with shipping it from free zone, they said they couldn't find the product, quite strange, I cancelled the order but still not refunded and still not showing cancelled. That was my first order and I don't think I would trust to order with them again.

Items are not opening when I click to see the details. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same issue. Secondly, they take way too long to deliver items and even longer if we need to get a return item picked up

I was expecting a good service but am very disappointed. I ordered 3 items successfully, and I said deliver only after work hours (4PM). But they urgently delivered 2-ITEMS ONLY and left to our security guard without waiting for me to check the items. and the next day, I received a cancellation message of the remaining item. I paid already to have a smooth transaction but I felt betrayed. VERY BAD SERVICE.
