This app looks okay but I have a magazine subscription and I am not offered Download on that. So something is wrong with the algorithm behind it.

As a new IEEE member, I feel there’s a lot to love about the app. However, I think the online reader should be implemented a bit more “elegantly” across the board. For example, some magazines are easy to read with the ability to scroll left and right while others require up and down scrolling. Consistency would aid the ease of use and general utility of the app.
