The Disney app is moving in the right direction by making the park easier to navigate. However, they need to add more pictures and information on each attraction, so one can get a better idea of what it is and if it is something they want to do. In addition, the app needs to allow one to scan in tickets brought from other retailers like Klook.

The user experience is horrible, whoever used it and do not complain is probably used to even more bad UX. You have to manually scan the ticket every time, if another person bought them for you. It does not support Google/Apple pay, but you have to manually register your card, something every cybersecurity expert would strongly suggest to avoid

Terrible app. Keeps resetting with a long load times. No comfortable search options for rides. The park forces its installation and sign up in order to get to the park. The only positive things about it are a map of the park with the current location of the phone, and lube wait time for the rides.
