The ticket controller came, I opened the app. I tried to click on the tickets and it pops up an error saying the app was not installed originally... amazing, I got fined. I managed to fix the app with basic troubleshooting, but now I have to go to them to show my yearly pass and even pay a small amount. all because their app doesn't work properly.

Be careful. the app takes payment but doesn't always give you a ticket. This caught me out and I ended up paying 2000 as well as 2 tickets for the same journey. I appreciate the offer of a refund on the ticket, but the issue I have is that i was still fined because the app failed even though it had taken payment. A transport app that cannot be relied upon is an issue. If you use it I suggest getting a screenshot before traveling (if that is possible)

(one star) Im honestly not a hater, I think this is one of the greatest apps for transportation, period. WHEN IT WORKS. Up until like 2-3 months ago the app was working well, but now I can't search for a route. After I type the destination in the box, it just remains blank and then the app crashes or I'm forced to restart it bc nothing happens. PLS FIX AND BECOME THE APP TO RULE THEM ALL AGAIN Edit: (5 stars) they fixed the bug mentioned before. Back to 5 stars

Dobrý den, mrzí nás způsobené komplikace, v tuto chvíli by mělo vše fungovat bez problémů.
