So extraordinarily difficult when you want to sell!! why is it, there's no problems buying coins, but as soon as i want to sell them, no matter what's cards i use it won't pay and give errors. bank account unavailable for currency, doesn't use main cards. when i try to trade coins instead, it wants to take a whopping 33% as a fee!! for $100AUD of etherium! absolutely ripping off. Not worth trading unless you are spending thousands at a time, as fees are way too high to do anything.

Not very good to buy crypto or sell. You can't just buy direct from your own account or card. You have to go through their ramp/ moonpay in $ . Wouldn't recommend it. Money get stuck and can't move. Lost over a grand with moving crypto. Can't reverse either like other apps. Can't easily buy or sell crypto. Fees are higher than other apps. It took me 3 weeks of trying everyday to just put in money. Moonpay played up so much , kept on returning my money back to my bank. wouldn't recommend at all.

I had some polkadot staked in this wallet because the interest rate is very good. I never received one payment. after a couple of months of no rewards I unstaked my dot. I waited the 28 days, but I can't get my dot. it is locked up and I can't move it to another platform to stake. this has been ongoing for a couple of weeks at this point. I contacted customer support and they confirmed the problem was on their end. why isn't the update for the fix showing here?
