I would say that both the app and the experience with the app while flying are ALMOST perfect.. The only thing it's missing in my opinion would be the option to set a desired travel time when searching for tickets, so that it will only show you the dates with available tickets that fall within the departure and arrival time you are looking for.. A good reason for this is for example if your transport to Schiphol is the train, which doesn't run after 23:00, which disqualifies any of those tickets

Frustrating!! I checked in for four passengers. You have the option to show the boarding passes, but after closing the app, it is not possible to open boarding passes again. Nothing at all ... I created an accoun in order to add the tickets to my account, but nothing. Again frustation, I cannot even change my personal data in the app

It works well, better than most airline's apps, with 2 exceptions: 1 - I increased the font size in my phone, to be able to use it without glasses. This causes the barcode in the boarding passes in the app to be unusable. Please invest in some adaptive design patterns. 2 - if I fill in my search terms, it frequently simply opens a Web page with only the date filled in: I have to re-type all the other parameters Otherwise it's good enough that it's my preferred method for booking flights, atm
