really bad app!! crashes all the time and takes forever to login + plus the experience is far from being optimized. The system can change your purchase limit or blocks you from making transfers without any heads-up and you'll have to go through customer service who only wants to get rid of you as soon as possible! very bad experience!! doesn't deserve even one star!!

The app is good, but branch customer service is very poor. I just need to add my signature (without it, international transactions are blocked and transfers above 2000 SAR to another bank are not possible). Despite visiting the branch many times, they still haven’t added my signature and keep asking for different documents (passport, Iqama, salary slip, etc.). For such a simple requirement, the process is unnecessarily delayed and every visit they demand something new.

Very bad experience. My account was blocked without any reason. When I went to Al Rajhi Bank in Kakkiya, Makkah, they did not help me and told me to go to another bank. This is very unprofessional and not acceptable. I need support from the bank to solve my issue, not to send me away. Very disappoint with the service
