I have been using this streaming for a very long time. I have had no issue at all until recently, the apps can't recognise my device as the Household. I thought, some glitch or whatever happened. Hence, I've used the temporary code, and now even I can't open the link for the code. It kept prompt that the link has expired even though I've opened it within a minute after I've received the email. I'm getting frustrated and not sure to whom should I reach out about this. Please somebody assist me.

Your app is splendid, no doubt. However, I am having major issues playing new seasons of series, and recently released movies. I don't know why. For some shows, their season 1 is showing well, but from the season 2 till latest releases, the episode never shows, it only hangs at the loading screen. If it's a bug, kindly get it fixed immediately.

After paying for the standard subscription, I came to know very soon that even though you're a paying customer, Netflix still restricts most of the movies and shows that I want to watch. It didn't clearly state in the subscription that you had to get the ad free subscription to have access to all movies and shows. This is deceptive and basically burglary of my hard earned money. What's the point of paying for something that doesn't even work properly?
