This app is a pain. I wish cafes would avoid it. I had a card with stamps which randomly disappeared from the app, despite the stamps showing up in my history. And it has an incessant popup message asking me to turn on notifications. If I say no it keeps popping up anyway when navigating in the app. It makes me want to avoid my local cafe that uses it and use another with cheaper prices but no loyalty scheme. I will say though that they have a very quick customer service team, which is great.

This unfortunately is the worst loyalty app I HAVE to use. Please please make it work with no Internet connection. My local Embargo food place has very poor Internet connection and many many times I cannot collect rewards as there is no Internet connection in the shop. This wasn't a problem with loyalty cards. Generally I have to connect to BT WiFi (shared from another shops router) outside the shop, before the App will even open. Also distances are in km. We use miles in UK for distances.

good idea but many bugs and poor UX. adv and promotions coming as notification cannot be later found in the app. Very messy UX, some messages from half year back still marked as new, even are among others treated the same way. When google wallet goes into next level with stamps, it wont be competitor anymore.
