Great app but unable to make payment of individual transactions on overdue amounts. Please enable the system to receive payments. I am trying to pay, but customer care keeps telling me they will send it to legal. But the system that usually allows payment of individual transaction amounts is now locked on my app. It is all or nothing. Isn't the point of credit to also receive payment. I am getting charged the overdue fee. Why can't I make payments on the individual overdue transactions then?

Very Horrible experience. I was ordering online and chose the tabby checkout then for some reason the session timed out during the payment then they ended up claiming my first payment without processing the order. A message came to me saying it will be refunded I contacted them they told me to wait 5 to 7 days??!!! why Do I have to pay and wait 5 days for your mistake??? If I have money to wait 5 days I wouldn't have been using this app in the first place!!!!

worst customer service. I've been debited in 2 transaction i made it from the store a month ago. when i complain same time because didn't went through. they are telling me just wait for 1month it will get credit back in my account. how ever after a month of waiting. im following up. now asking me for the declined receipt. how it will be decline if deducted in my account. but not went through to the merchant. don't use this application. they will charged you a lot. worst customer service
