I really can't see how people are saying this is a great app... We got it to help keep tabs on an elderly relative & bought premium right away... BUT... It never updates location until youve refreshed at least 6 times, meaning it lies about where you are. You don't get the arrival & departure notifications which is what you were sighing up to premium for.. We signed up to a 5 member service but after3 it blocked any other users... Really wouldn't recommend this app

Hi, we take feedback seriously, but it's important to clarify a few things. Our 5-member plan fully supports 5 active users, and location updates work reliably when permissions, battery settings, and internet are properly configured. We didn’t receive any support request before this review—if given the chance, we could’ve resolved your concerns.

had it since before it was called Nest and it was great for many years now all of the sudden it wants me to pay to use it when no one i know has to pay for it so I uninstalled it and retried and it still won't let me see the location on my family. tracking slow glitches in a way that it looks like you are on the way somewhere when u have been home for hours and when you refresh the page you are magically where you are. live tracking isn't accurate definitely needs work before i buy it in app.

Strong arm business practices. So we were using the free version, it was fine, then we tried the trail of premium. Found it was unnecessary for the extra features. The trial ended and I was blocked from the app. It says to email them and they will remove the block and I will get the free features again.. Got an email response back from them telling me to submit a review in the play store with a screenshot as evidence and they will unlock my account. yea, I'm good with trusting this company
